			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Overcome hurt</strong> as it causes emotional pain and anguish. <strong>Hurt</strong> is generated by a sense of loss of self esteem. Nevertheless, in my life the emotion of <strong>hurt brought the biggest success, and it transformed my life.</strong></p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">My moments of anxiety and frustration</span></h2>
<p>Those are the days that I was working as Senior Assistant in the Office of APPSC, Hyderabad, India. It was June, 1994 when I was anxiously waiting for the results of Group-I examination (highest civil service job in the state). This was my 3rd attempt, and therefore, I was hopeful of my success. That day as usual I went to the office. That was about 11 AM I was told by a friend that results shall be declared today. Immediately, my pulse rate escalated. My <strong><a href="http://praveenben.com/140/health-and-wellness/human-body-systems">heart beat</a> quickened </strong>. My mind was screening the mixed emotions of frustration and joy. It was about 3 PM. Just I had completed my lunch then I came to know results were being displayed in the notice board. I Immediately got down from upstairs and proceeded towards the notice board. While, my heart beat was fast I glanced at the results and to my utter disappointment my number was not figured. I checked twice but no use.</p>
<p><strong>It becomes very difficult to control the tears</strong>, welled up in my eyes. My colleagues were asking about my results, I was unable to put my words. While my thoughts skimming, 6 years of hard struggle, I slowly climbed up to my office room. I want to get away from the office as my colleagues pouring and asking about the results.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">Deepest hurt in my life(I overcome hurt and achieved the great success.)</span></h2>
<p>I proceeded towards my boss chamber, before leaving the office and disclosed about my fate in the examination and to my shock, he was responded by saying <strong>“ you are over confident of results, but I anticipated this outcome, because you don’t have the capacity to face this examination”</strong>With that reply my fury gushed and within my mind, I lashed out against him and said, one day I will prove my capacity. With these <a href="http://praveenben.com/127/health-and-wellness/perilous-thoughts"><strong>hurt thoughts</strong></a>, I left the office.</p>
<p><strong>The words of my boss keep on </strong><strong>hurting</strong> my mind. My energies are too weak to overcome hurt caused by him. My inner self also posing, was he correct that I did not have that capacity? Was he right? Then why I failed, in the earlier 3 attempts. Some how my logical mind does not accept these negative thoughts. I know my drawbacks and limitations. I can neither afford expensive coaching nor did I have proper guidance. I did not have mentors to support me. My parents were too ignorant to boost my morale.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">How I <a href="http://praveenben.com/155/health-and-wellness/stress-relief">overcome the emotion of hurt</a> </span></h2>
<p>I have decided to face the same examination once again. This was my 4th attempt. My wife left to her native town to join with her parents as it was her delivery time, and we were awaiting our 2nd baby. I was alone in my house for two months, Preparing for another battle. The bitter words of my boss pierced deep into my heart and <strong>hurting my mind</strong>. For two months, I was cut off from this world. I was dipped in the heap of Books. After two months I finished my examinations.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">Release the inner energies to overcome hurt </span></h2>
<p>In the meantime I was blessed with the second baby boy. While I was enjoying my fatherhood, long awaited results breached my buried feelings, discharging the emotions of joy and ecstasy, <strong>displacing the emotion of hurt. </strong>I was topped the list in my respective category, the out burst of emotions of this individual was understandable because he ascended the mountain from its base and reached the summit after undergoing eight years of hard struggle.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;"><a href="http://praveenben.com/148/health-and-wellness/meditation">overcoming hurt</a> is bringing out your <a href="http://praveenben.com/2186/personal-development-articles/creativity-and-innovation">creative capacities</a></span></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This was the party time, all of my colleagues joined for celebration and my boss was heading the party. In his speech, he extolled me so much so that my deep sense of hurt, got evaporated. <strong>My boss words which caused the deepest hurt, in fact, triggered my passions, electrified my nerves and accentuated my mind.</strong> This heavy heart and its suffering was ultimately resulted in the grandest joy in my life. The words of my Boss caused the deepest hurt initially, yet brought blissfulness into my heart. I remain grateful for him for he taught how to overcome hurt indirectly which I never forget in my life.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #214c71;">The only best way to overcome the hurt</span></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Is it not the best way to <strong>overcome hurt</strong>? The emotion of <strong>hurt propels us into action</strong>, turns the pain into pleasure. The emotion of <strong>hurt is not our enemy</strong> it is our friend. The emotion of hurt is an opportunity to explore our potential. If we succumb to the pain of hurt, it drives away our energies and vitality. <strong>Don’t be subdued by the pain of hurt rather you overcome hurt</strong>. My best wishes to you. Go ahead.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #214c71;">Women are naturally endowed with the qualities of entrepreneurship</span></h2>
<p>My second sister got married, and we are quite happy for she was blessed with good husband and in-laws. However, our happiness short lived as she had miscarriages. Every <strong>couple dream of children</strong> in their initial days of marital life, elders also eagerly await the grandchildren. Their happiness gets delayed for months and years, and they could not conquer the <a href="http://praveenben.com/158/health-and-wellness/anxiety-panic-attack"><strong>Frustration and anxiety</strong></a>. The problem diagnosed was the <strong>incompetent cervix</strong>. We feared a lot when she got Pregnancy again. We approached the Senior Gynecologist who assured that the problem could be resolved by stitching up the cervix. With this advice hope was regenerated. After three months doctor stitched up the cervix and advised complete bed rest under her supervision in the hospital.</p>
<p>From that time onwards <strong>she was on bed for more than 5 months. She has undergone trauma of immovable life. </strong>We are very anxious. However, she displayed a lot of Patience and courage. At last there was a sign of relief among all the members of the family, as she gave birth to a baby girl “bless y”. The way my sister demonstrated her patience and maturity surprised us. I realized that women are naturally blessed with the qualities of <a href="http://praveenben.com/118/enterpreneurship/social-entrepreneurship"><strong>entrepreneurship</strong></a>. <strong>I also realized that women entrepreneurship and women empowerment would be the realities of tomorrow.</strong> This is a usual phenomenon in the life of any <strong>woman</strong>.</p>
<p>Every woman undergoes a risk of life to bring life into this world. Women do not deny motherhood on the plea of risk is involved. Their maternal instincts overcome the thoughts of risk to life. <strong>Women have the innate ability to face the risk of life with firm courage.</strong> This is an essential quality for <a href="http://praveenben.com/118/enterpreneurship/social-entrepreneurship"><strong>Entrepreneurship</strong></a>. <strong>Women entrepreneurship</strong> is therefore, a natural process for women. Our childhood thoughts and memories always torment us and capture our realistic mind. Our life is quintessence of eternal battle between childhood emotional mind and mature realistic mind.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">Fear of public speaking is one of my dreadful fears.</span></h2>
<p>Public speaking is one of my <a href="http://praveenben.com/66/personal-development-articles/fear-of-death"><strong>dreadful fears</strong></a>. I used to avoid such situations and feel shameful about it in my pre-teen years. How ever some how I manage to overcome the fear of public speaking in compelling circumstances.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">MANAGE is an apex national institute under the ministry of agriculture Govt. of India. The institute is located in the serene surroundings of Rajendra Nagar, 15 Kms away from city of Hyderabad. A team of <strong>Commercial Taxes Officials were undergoing weekly training</strong> in that institute. This team of officials, including me, was handpicked to equip with the skills of management and leadership.The Commercial Taxes department was getting ready on the Eve of introduction of VAT in the State of Andhra Pradesh.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">While the first five days of the training were instructional in nature, the last two days were allotted for evaluation of trainees. Training was progressing very happily. We were thrilled by the State of art training facilities and picturesque ambiance of the institution. Five days were completed; the trainers initiated the evaluation process. Each trainee was given a specific topic for preparation and presentation. As the process begun, I started my preparation. I was under deep stress as the fear of public speaking mounting pressure on me. Low self esteem influencing subtly in my mind even though I prepared very seriously.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Presentation of the topics by the trainees was commenced and my turn was fifth. My <a href="http://praveenben.com/140/health-and-wellness/human-body-systems"><strong>heart beat</strong></a> rose, while my colleagues were completing their presentations one by one. My turn has come. <strong>My fear of public speaking has changed my body chemistry. With bated breath and <a href="http://praveenben.com/127/health-and-wellness/perilous-thoughts">paralysis of thoughts</a>, I began my presentation.</strong> my <strong>fear of public speaking</strong> as usually interrupted my thought process and somehow my presentation was finished.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #214c71;">Childhood limiting beliefs responsible for the fear of public speaking </span></h2>
<p>If one replay the sequence of events; one can realize that it was a simple task and can be accomplished effortlessly with small preparation. However, why my heart was very<a href="http://praveenben.com/155/health-and-wellness/stress-relief"><strong> stressful</strong></a> and turned out to be heavy? Why I was gripped with fear and reacted disproportionately? Childhood memories of low self esteem continuously haunt me. Childhood limiting beliefs deeply stuck in my mind. My efforts could not eliminate such beliefs completely in spite of success I achieved.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">habituate public speaking to overcome the fear</span></h2>
<p>After that incident I never shun away from the opportunity of <strong>public speaking</strong>. <strong>As a VAT resource person I have conducted series of meetings.</strong> In fact, I become a regular speaker in many occasions. My performance before the officers of Eastern Naval Command was an unforgettable event in my life. At last I am able to overcome the<strong> fear of public speaking</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">My childhood limiting beliefs were re-framed to a larger extent. Perceived disadvantages, now appears to be advantageous. <a href="http://praveenben.com/2186/personal-development-articles/creativity-and-innovation"><strong>Low self esteem</strong></a> transforming into higher self esteem. Mind you; childhood beliefs long last unless efforts are made to re-frame them, positively interpreted, they continue to affect you all your life. <a href="http://praveenben.com/70/personal-development-articles/overcoming-fear"><strong>Overcoming fears</strong></a> including the <strong>fear of public speakin</strong>g can be possible by building self confidence.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each one of you might have experienced such similar incidents in your life. Understand that the conflicting forces of negative emotions and positive emotions continuous to fight each other. Your success depends on which force prevails over other. Don’t allow your childhood limiting beliefs to hijack your realistic mind. Attempt any task with this self awareness. Conscious act of realistic mind turns the difficult task into simple one.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #214c71;">Building self esteem can only overcome the fears</span></h2>
<p>Building self confidence is a process of neutralizing the effects of emotional mind. Building higher self esteem is a process of <strong>overcoming fears.</strong> Attempting the task on which you have fear can only eliminate the fear. Attempt public speaking whenever opportunity comes. Over a period of time, you become an expert. All the great speakers had undergone this process.</p>
