I was a victim of anxiety attack but come out of it successfully
Anxiety panic attack disorder is responsible for such unusual physiological changes in the body and a sense of heart-attack. Recently, I had also undergone the same trauma but come out of this problem with an insight and simple truth. Recently, my brother-in-law was admitted in the hospital on the complaint of chest pain and doctor confirmed that it was a mild heart attack. He was treated in an intensive care unit for a couple of days. The entire family was so anxious for his health including his small children. Finally, he recovered from his illness.
I experienced horrific symptoms of anxiety panic attack
For the last two months, I have been working more than 15 hours, writing articles and upgrading this web site. As I was so busy in this work, I skipped my morning walk and other physical activities. My sedentary lifestyle coupled with thoughts of heart attack caused to my brother in law, had its impact on mind also. My digestive capacity and the rate of metabolism also reduced. On 5th of this month my body experienced unusual physical problems including heavy pounding of the heart, short breath and also chest pain. I had also the horrific thoughts of heart-attack. It is about 11 p.m. I could not sleep as the problem aggravated further. I rushed to the nearby hospital. They checked my blood pressure and ECG. However, they comforted me as the ECG report is normal. Nevertheless, they advised me to meet the doctor for further evaluation. Symptoms of my suffering;
- Indigestion and gas formation.
- heavy pounding of the heart.
- short breath and also chest pain.
- Raise in blood pressure.
- Sleeplessness.
- Thoughts of heart attack.
Threat of heart attack and sleep less nights
Next day morning I woke up and in a dilemma, whether or not to meet the doctor. However, I have decided not to go for any diagnostic procedures as I have little knowledge of anxiety panic attack and stress relief. I want to test my body’s response and accordingly menu was prepared with easily digest able foods. I have started my morning walk. With these mini lifestyle changes, I felt that my condition is improving day by day. My physical condition improved substantially, nevertheless, I do not have sound sleep during the night. The threat of heart-attack haunted me and leads to anxiety panic attack and sleepless nights. The lifestyle changes I made;
- Eating easily digestible foods.
- Started my morning walk.
- Taking short breaks while I am working.
Discovery of a simple truth changed my life altogether
One day when I was going for a morning walk an idea flashed in my mind. Immediately, I started executing the wisdom of insight flashed in my mind and things improved perceptibly. My anxiety panic attack is dissolved completely I have attained a peaceful mind. I’m also having a very sound sleep during the night. A simple wisdom changed my lifestyle, and I could get back my normal health. Now I am applying that simple truth in all walks of my life and deriving benefit out of that. What is that simple wisdom of an idea that flashed in my mind on the day?
We are not mindful of unimaginable powers of our unconscious mind
More than 99% of our mental activities are under the control of unconscious mind. The functions of the stomach, kidney, heart, lungs so on and so fourth are controlled by unconscious mind. You cannot control any of the internal systems of the body with your conscious mind. All the internal functions of the body are controlled by the unconscious mind. However, we mostly rely on our conscious thoughts, which are any way negative. It is estimated that our brain can be capable of processing 30 billion bits of information per second. However, we can handle only 2000 bits of data in our conscious mind. To put it in a nutshell every thing is under the control of the unconscious mind. We are made of some 50 trillion cells. Each cell is capable of memory and repairing itself. It is our fortune that our unconscious mind responds and operates 24 x 7 to our positive thoughts feelings and emotions. Going by these facts we can be sure that when we focus on our lifestyle changes the unconscious mind responds to it automatically and repairs the body accordingly. We are ignorant of super powers of our unconscious mind;
- We are not mindful of the fact that 99% of our mental activities are controlled by unconscious mind.
- our brain has amazing capacity to repair and recover the body from illness.
- Surprisingly our unconscious mind responds and operates, taking a cue from our positive feelings and experiences.
Be focused on lifestyle changes that automatically overcome anxiety attacks
From next day onwards when I am walking, I used to think and affirm that my heart is very stable and functioning normally. This is a fact also. When I could take a brisk walk for an hour that implies that my heart is pumping oxygen and blood to all the parts of the body. My thought of my heart is strong and stable is therefore, logically and factually correct. It is also a fact that when I am feeling normalcy, necessarily my unconscious mind responds and works towards this goal.
To sum it up, I am always feeling the Normal functioning of my heart based on my capacity of brisk walk and good food habits. When I go for a sleep, I rely on my unconscious mind, which operates this body 24×7 based on our thought process. As I am fully relying on my unconscious mind, I have nothing to fear. I am getting sound sleep. I am completely relieved of anxiety panic attack.
Illness is resulting of your ignorance
Our conscious self relies on others experience. If we hear the news of a death caused by heart attack it struck our mind. We start fearing ourselves based on others experience. We do not rely on our own experience, although our heart is functioning normally. This is evident with our ability to walk briskly. When we rely on other ’s experience and ignore the power of our unconscious, we become ill. Our General tendency (which is faulty any way) ;
- We do not rely on our own experience.
- we are terrified by the others experience.
Do not allow your thoughts to deviate from your own experience
Any disease, including anxiety panic attack occur when the conscious thoughts of the individual deviate completely from the wisdom and strength of unconscious mind. In other words, disease occurs when we live in fearful illusion and, whereas disease will be eliminated when we live in joyful realities. Attain freedom from your illness by;
- Giving up fearful illusions.
- Living in joyful realities.
- Taking up healthy lifestyle changes.
- Trusting the power of unconscious mind.
- Leading the life changing spiritual life.
As I started believing the capacity of my unconscious mind, I overcome the horrific thoughts of heart attack and sleepless nights. Finally, I overcome anxiety panic attack caused by fearful thoughts.

I used to suffer from really bad panic attacks, but the only way really is to face it head on. No point hiding from it.. natural remedies are better than the artificially produced medications. To add to that, some people get too dependent on prescription medication and it is not healthy.
