The search for permanent stress relief is going on unending without any significant result. We get stress for each and everything in daily life. We do not know the real cause of stress and how to eliminate stress permanently. We are trying to give medicine to the symptoms without diagnosing the real cause of the problem. It is better to find out the real cause of the stress so that effective stress relief measures can be taken.

Stress is the result of misalignment among 4 energies.

We always feel that we are physical beings and try to find solutions based on this perception. However, the fact is that we are a combination of body, mind, and emotion and life energies. Our behavior is resulting of combined activity of these four different energies within us.

Our life energies always crave for experiencing creative capacity. Our mind always controls the body based on its perceptions and beliefs. Our painful childhood emotions always try to achieve pleasurable experiences. Our behavior is depending on how organized our body, mind, emotions and life energies at any given point of time.

The most important chariot race at ancient Olympics was a team of four horses controlled by one driver. The successful chariot drivers train the horses so that they run very fast in harmonious coordination. However, when there is no coordination among these four horses they won’t succeed in the racing. In the same way when the four components within us work in unity and coordination our performance enhances substantially, and we become stress free. Our work will be effortless as there is no friction or improper alignment among these four components within us.

Present education system causing student’s unrest and suicide deaths

In modern life we choose the education not based on our inner passions, but based on monetary compulsions. We choose the job not based on the interest but based on social status and monitory benefits. Our education system was designed to meet the requirements of the business and industry but not intended to encourage inspire the creativity of students. Our education system is responsible for student’s unrest and suicide deaths.
There is no relation between what we study in the schools, and what we do in our job. It is reported that unhappiness and job dissatisfaction is major risk factors of heart disease.

Harmonization of 4 energies can alone bring permanent stress relief.

Observe performance of extraordinary athletes, singers, and martial arts experts; they are able capitalize their passions and manipulate higher energies. Their super performance is possible only by aligning and harmonizing the body, mind, emotions and energies. Even 24 hours of work does not deter their courage or exhaust their energy. They are always energetic and fear less. They are very poise, serene and calm in their activities.
Affective stress relief is possible only by harmonizing your thoughts and emotions; words and deeds. We can get stress relief only by undertaking various lifestyle changes. You consider my own example.I have given up my top Government job and started proceeding according to my real interests. Now a day I am really enjoying my life.

Unhealthy lifestyle responsible for stress and anxiety disorders

The statistics suggest that stress and anxiety disorders are one of the top health problems today. All the major diseases including heart attracts are resulting of stress and anxiety directly or indirectly. Chronic stress could interfere with the normal function of the body’s immune system. Stress often prompts people to respond in unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking, drinking alcohol and wayward life, which causes damage to the entire body system. Change in life style is therefore must for stress relief.

Here are 6 proven small lifestyle changes to get stress relief.

1. First lifestyle change essential for healthy life is to follow your passion. Listen to your inner voice. Do not do anything that contradicts with your core your values. Live your life to please yourself rather than pleasing others.

2. Balanced food: 80 percentage of our body is water and therefore, take at least 60 percent of water rich foods like vegetables and fruits.

3. Balance your lifestyle: Spent with one third of time on sleeping, one third of time on working and one third of time on recreation. Add music and fine arts in your re creative life.

4. Do not try to change others: We always try to change others but never try to change ourselves. Relationship strengths automatically when you change yourself. Relationships and social activities bring vitality and revive your spirit of life.

5. Meditation: It is all in one medicine for all the problems of modern life. Meditation is to the mind what exercise is to the body.

6. Body massage: Skin is the biggest source of hormones and immune cells. Touch of the body has been healing effect. It is also proven that the massage by a mother affect child physically and mentally.

7. Regular exercise: Moderate and regular exercise not only improves the health but also improves immunity.

Stress management or stress relief is nothing but listening to your inner voice and following your passions.Leading passionate life gives you grace and charm. You are free from stress and anxiety. Your mind is more efficient and creative.
