Meditation brings about harmony among the conflicting energies. Your mind is a center of continuous conflicts among different parts of your body, mind, emotions and energies. Four wheels of your life car moving in different directions. Lack of adjustment within your parts causes friction, which results in negative emotions of anger, hurt, frustration, guilty etc. These emotions cause ill heath, resulting life less life, killing the creativity within you. Meditation aligns these parts and blends it together for joyful creation.
Meditation is a process through which you can resolve the conflicts, optimize the energies, explore the creativity, expand the humanity, and you can also achieve calm, poise, quiet, elegance, peace and grace. Your brain becomes more efficient, and more creative. Fear and doubt run away from you. Meditation is all in one pill, which solves all the problems of modern life.
Meditation is a technique to gain mastery over the mind. There is a saying “a human is born crying, live complaining, suffering and dies disappointed.” But a Meditator stops complaining, stop suffering starts appreciating, starts enjoying the life. The fear of death runs away, and he remains eternal with consciousness.
The primary urge of everyone is to know “Who am I”. This mystery is unresolved and we remain doubtful for- ever. Our curiosity about after death unanswered. Meditation drives away all such doubts, clears the mind and brings about awareness and transformation of delightful living.
In your prayer you appeal to the God, request him for help with the feeling that he is somewhere else. But in meditation you experience and feel the God within you. He attends your job. He talks to you, He is at your disposal and therefore, there is no need send any messages elsewhere. Meditation is therefore, a highest form of prayer with much more benefits.
When you are a child your body, mind thoughts and emotions work together harmoniously, help each other friendly. This is our original nature. When you are playing you play fully absorbed, when you’re dancing you dance without shyness. You smile and cry only as a response to your feelings, but you don’t remember or recollect your pain and feel bad repeatedly for long a time.
In the nutshell you always live in the present and all the parts of you i.e., mind, body, emotions, work friendly. This means you are playful always. As we grew up, we give up this original nature and suffering replaces playing. Your mind, body, emotions and energies work in different directions, and it is like four wheels of the car running in four different directions. Meditation brings about alignment and gets back your original nature. It is like going to your childhood once again with more awareness to play the game of life with our original nature.
Modern life is centered on consumerism, and we are working life machines. Just like how machines wear and tear, we also become restless. Restlessness is the gift of modern society. Meditative life is essential to neutralize the effects of modern life. Without meditation stress and disease exhaust you completely.
Meditative process is not complicated as many people think. It is a very simple process of living in a present by absorbing in the activity, which we are pursuing. It is living in consciousness. In simple terms, you enjoy every single activity you pursue. Eat consciously, drink consciously, take the bath consciously, and work consciously list is endless ……. When your actions are conscious you are no longer worried about the future or brood over the past. When you are eating an ice cream, you are enjoying its flavor, its aroma, its color.
Mediator with 24/7 meditative life becomes true humanitarian. He loves others through the feeling of oneness of the universe. He is compassionate for the needy.He displays the qualities of humanity and unselfishness. Mediator mind is free from conflicts, free from fear and free from ego. He is the manifestation of godliness.
I must tell you meditation is something we cannot understand fully. Understanding is of no use for you, unless you practice and experience it. Any amount of explanation of sweetness of sweet doesn’t give you satisfaction to you, unless you put a piece of sweet on your mouth and experience the sweetness of it directly. Meditation is experiential not conceptual.
Universe is made with stuff of happiness. Our life designed for joyful creation. Modern life made it miserable. Hence practice Meditative techniques. Blend playfulness of childhood with wisdom of adulthood for exploring innate creativity and to display your humanity. Become lively. God bless
